Yes! Our Standard Profile is always free. You do have the option to upgrade to Incognito if you'd like  more privacy, but you never have to pay to use Plenty of Hires if you don't want to.

Plenty of Hires is built for people who want to explore new opportunities without putting their current job at risk.Your profile is visible to employers and can be matched like normal, but we hide your:First and last nameCurrent employerPast employer company names
Employers can still see your skills, experience, preferences, and overall fit.If an employer wants to connect with you, they send a request. You get notified and decide whether to approve it.Only after you approve does your identity become visible.You stay in control the entire time.

What happens when I match with an employer?

Once you complete your assessment, your profile is continuously matched against current and future opportunities in our system.

When an employer sees you as a strong fit and wants to connect, they get your preferred contact information and reach out to you directly — usually by phone or email.

There’s no applying, no waiting for callbacks, and no middleman. The goal is simple: real conversations with real employers.

What kind of jobs will I be matched with?

Plenty of Hires is built for construction, trades, and the businesses that support them.

You’ll be matched with roles based on your skills, experience, and what you’re actually looking for — everything from entry-level labor and skilled trades to supervisors, managers, and office roles within construction companies.

The goal isn’t to match you to more jobs. It’s to match you to the right ones.

Can I control who contacts me?

Accepted Answer

Yes.
With Incognito Mode, you get to approve any connection/match before an employer can see your identity or contact you. With Basic or Premium, any employer can contact you directly.

Question 9

What if I'm not interested in the job?

Accepted Answer

That’s totally okay — but we do ask that you respond.

If an employer reaches out and it’s not a fit, just send a quick, respectful “no thank you.” You never know who you’ll run into again on a job site, and a little professionalism goes a long way.

You’re never required to move forward — just to be courteous.

Question 10

What happens if I stop using my account?

For Basic profiles, if you’re inactive for 60 days, your profile is automatically paused so employers only see candidates who are actually active.

Nothing is deleted — you can come back and reactivate anytime.

If you’re on a Premium or Incognito profile, you control when your profile is active or paused.

This keeps the system clean, current, and working better for everyone.

Can I update my assessment or profile later?

Yes.

You can update your information anytime — whether your skills change, your pay needs change, or you’re looking for something different than before.

We actually encourage you to keep it updated so your matches stay accurate and relevant.

What if I’m only looking for part-time or temporary work?

That’s completely fine — and actually encouraged.
