Welcome to Plenty of Hires! By using our website and mobile application ("Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

User Accounts & Activity

  • Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account.

  • Candidate and subcontractor profiles will be marked inactive after 60 days of inactivity. Users will receive a notification before deactivation and can reactivate their accounts by logging in. Employers will not be able to view inactive profiles until reactivation.

  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

Platform Usage

  • Employers may use the Platform to find and connect with candidates based on job preferences and qualifications.

  • Candidates may create profiles to match with hiring businesses.

  • Users agree not to engage in fraudulent activity, spam, or misuse of the Platform.

Data Collection & Privacy

By using Plenty of Hires, users agree to our data collection practices as outlined in the Privacy Policy. We collect and store user information for job-matching, analytics, and marketing purposes.

Communications Consent (SMS & Email)

By creating an account with Plenty of Hires and providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications via email and SMS (text message) for purposes including, but not limited to:

  • Account notifications and security alerts

  • Job match information and platform updates

  • Educational content related to hiring and employment

  • Marketing and promotional messages related to Plenty of Hires

SMS Consent

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you expressly consent to receive SMS messages from Plenty of Hires. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of creating an account or using the Platform.

SMS Commands

  • STOP: Reply STOP at any time to opt out of SMS messages.

  • HELP: Reply HELP for help or additional information.

Opt-Out

  • Users may opt out of marketing SMS messages at any time by replying STOP.

  • Users may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in each email.

Opting out of marketing communications does not prevent Plenty of Hires from sending transactional or service-related messages that are necessary for account functionality, security, or legal compliance.

Payments & Fees

  • Candidates: The Platform is free for candidates. Once publicly released, paid features will be available, such as incognito mode and portfolio upgrades.

  • Employers: Subscription plans apply as per the selected tier.

Limitation of Liability

Plenty of Hires is not responsible for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from Platform usage, job placements, or interactions between candidates and employers.

Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts that violate our policies or misuse the Platform.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
