User Accounts & Activity

Welcome to Plenty of Hires. By accessing or using our website and mobile application (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform.

  • Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account.

  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

  • Users are responsible for all activity that occurs under their account

 

Profile Activity Policy:

Candidate and subcontractor with Basic profiles will be marked inactive after 60 days of inactivity. Users will receive notice by SMS or email prior to deactivation and may reactivate their account at any time by logging in. Inactive profiles will not be visible to employers.

Platform Usage

  • Plenty of Hires is a hiring and matching platform designed to connect candidates, subcontractors, and employers.

  • Employers may use the Platform to identify and connect with candidates based on job fit, preferences, and qualifications.

  • Candidates may create profiles to be considered for job opportunities and to connect with employers.

  • Users agree not to:

  • Engage in fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive activity

  • Use the Platform to send spam or unauthorized communications

  • Misuse or attempt to interfere with Platform functionality

Data Collection & Privacy

By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that your information will be collected, used, and shared as described in our Privacy Policy.

As part of the Platform’s core functionality, users understand that their profile information may be shared with employers to facilitate hiring and communication opportunities.

Communications Consent (SMS & Email)

Plenty of Hires communicates with users via email and SMS (text messages) as part of providing and operating the Platform.

These communications are designed to support account functionality, facilitate hiring connections, and improve user experience.

Transactional / Service-Related Communications

Plenty of Hires may send SMS and email messages related to your use of the Platform, including:

  • Account verification, login authentication, and security alerts

  • Platform notifications, reminders, and activity updates

  • Job match alerts based on your profile and preferences

  • Notifications when an employer or candidate interacts with your profile

  • Hiring-related updates, including connection requests or status changes

  • Retention-related check-ins and service feedback requests (30/60/90-day check-ins and surveys)

 

These messages are non-marketing, service-related communications essential to the operation of the Platform.

 

If you choose to provide your mobile phone number and opt in to SMS communications, you agree to receive these service-related messages as part of your use of the Platform.

Optional Communications (With Consent)

Optional communications are sent only to users who have provided separate and explicit consent to receive such messages.

  • Educational content related to hiring, job searching, and workforce insights

  • Platform updates, feature releases, and announcements

  • Marketing or promotional messages related to Plenty of Hires

  • You may opt out of these communications at any time.

Message Frequency & Delivery

  • Message frequency will vary depending on your activity, matches, and interactions within the Platform.

  • Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan.

  • Messages may be sent on a recurring basis depending on user activity and platform engagement.

  • Users may manage their communication preferences at any time, including opting out of SMS messages by replying STOP or accessing account settings where available.

SMS Consent & Terms

By providing your mobile phone number and submitting it through the Platform, you provide express written consent to receive SMS (text) messages from Plenty of Hires.

These messages may include:

  • Transactional and service-related messages related to your account, activity, and hiring interactions

  • Retention-related check-ins and service feedback requests (30/60/90-day check-ins and surveys)

  • Optional marketing or promotional messages, where you have provided explicit consent

 

Message frequency may vary based on your activity and interactions within the Platform.

Message and data rates may apply.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase or use of the Platform.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

SMS Opt-Out & Help

  • You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message.

  • Opt-out requests apply to all SMS communications from Plenty of Hires, except where messages are required for security or legal purposes.

  • You may also manage communication preferences through your account settings where available.

No Third-Party Marketing Sharing

Plenty of Hires does not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent data are used solely for communication related to the Platform and are not sold, shared, or used for third-party marketing purposes.

Payments & Fees

  • Candidates: The Platform is free for candidates. Once publicly released, paid features will be available, such as incognito mode and portfolio upgrades.

  • Employers: Subscription plans apply as per the selected tier.

Limitation of Liability

Plenty of Hires is not responsible for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from Platform usage, job placements, or interactions between candidates and employers.

Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts that violate our policies or misuse the Platform.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
