Making the Right Hire Is Only the Beginning.

We'll Help You Understand How It's Going
Before You Find Out the Hard Way.

Our Retention Tracker helps you stay connected with new hires through their first six months.

We'll automatically check in with you and your employee at 30, 60, 90, and 180 days, so you can see what's working, where you may not be aligned, and if it might be time for a conversation.

You Shouldn't Find Out There's a Problem After Someone Quits.

They show up. They're doing the work. Everything seems fine. Right?

But do they feel the same way?

Small issues with expectations, communication, training, or the job itself can be easy to miss when you're busy keeping work moving.

The Retention Tracker gives both sides a chance to check in before a small issue becomes a reason someone leaves.

Here's how it works:

We'll Handle the Check-Ins.
So You Can See Where Things Stand.

Once you mark a candidate as hired in Plenty of Hires, you'll be automatically prompted to enroll your new employee in the Retention Tracker. From there, we schedule and handle the check-ins. At 30, 60, 90, and 180 days, we'll automatically reach out to both you and your employee to remind you to complete the check-in.

Each check-in takes only a couple of minutes and looks at alignment in:

  • Culture Fit

  • Job Preference Fit

  • Hard Skills Fit

  • Soft Skills Fit

  • Intent to Stay

During our discovery interviews with employees, they made one thing VERY clear:  they often don't feel comfortable giving honest feedback because they're worried it could lead to retaliation or affect their job. So they stay quiet until they decide to leave

That's why we'll never share your employee's individual survey answers or direct quotes. What we will do is compare both perspectives and give you an alignment indicator that shows when things are going well and when it may be time for a conversation.

No dates to remember. No surveys to manage. Just a better way to know when it's time to check in.

Your Retention Dashboard

What we heard from our discovery interviews with employers, is you don't need another report to sort through. You just need to know when something needs your attention.

Your Retention Dashboard gives you a simple view of each check-in:

🟢 Green Indicator — Aligned
Things are lining up well between you and your employee. You're both on the
same page.

🟡 Yellow Indicator — Check-In Needed

There are some differences between how you and your employee are seeing things. It doesn't necessarily mean there's a problem, but it does mean something is a little off, and it is a good time to check in and make sure there are no underlying issues to address.

🔴 Red Indicator — At Risk

There are stronger signs of misalignment or concern that shouldn't be ignored.

We won't tell you exactly what's wrong or share your employee's individual responses, but a Red Indicator is your signal that it's time to have a conversation and find out what's going on. Sooner, rather than later.

Incomplete
Either you or the employee hasn't completed their check-in yet, so there isn't enough information to determine alignment.

At a glance, you can see how each new hire is doing and who might be worth checking in on.

Give Your Employees a Way to Be Honest

The Retention Tracker gives your employees a way to speak up while keeping their individual responses private. They may have something they want you to know, but starting that conversation can be intimidating. Instead of sharing exactly what they said, we give you a signal when something may need your attention.

If an employee chooses to answer an optional question that will be shared directly with you, they'll know that before they submit it.

The goal isn't to replace conversations between you and your employees. It's to help you know when you may need to have one.

You Made the Hire. Now, Let's Make It Last.

You've already invested the time to find, hire, and train your new hire.

The Retention Tracker can help you stay connected after the hire and catch the things that are easier to address now than after someone walks away.

Better communication + Better alignment = Stronger teams
