We’re building something different at Plenty of Hires. We’re not another job board, and we don’t work off resumes. Instead, we match you based on your skills,

preferences, and how you like to work. But to do that well, we ask a few things from you. They’re simple — but they matter. Here’s what we expect from candidates and how it helps you get hired faster (and more often).

Be Honest and Clear on Your Assessment

This is the heart of your candidate journey. The assessment is how we match you — not a resume, not your job title. That means:

  • Answer every question honestly

  • Tell us what kind of work you actually want

  • Be clear about your schedule, location, and what matters to you

The more honest you are, the better we can match you with employers who fit your style — and avoid wasting your time with jobs you’d hate.

Keep Us in the Loop

You can’t update your profile yet — but if your situation changes, let us know. Not looking anymore? Got hired? Need to pause?

👉 Just shoot us an email at hello@plentyofhires.com or use the contact form.

Keeping us up to date helps us match the right people with the right companies. And it keeps things moving for everyone.

Show Up Ready

If we match you with an employer and they reach out — this is your shot. Be ready for the interview. Take the call. Be respectful. Ask questions. Remember: this is your opportunity to learn about them just as much as they’re learning about you.

You don’t need to be perfect. You just need to show up, be real, and be ready.

We’re doing things differently — but we still need great people to show up.

If you haven’t yet, complete your assessment. Stay in touch. And when it’s time to interview, be ready. That’s it.

👉 Haven’t taken the assessment yet? Do it now at app.plentyofhires.com
